Who I am
Hi there!
My name is Zahar Zubik, and I was born in Ukraine in 2003 (yea, yea Generation "Z") in a small village near Dolina which is near Ivano-Frankivsk.
From the very beginning, I was "Whats and Whys", always interested in this World. How it works and why. "Why in this way?", "Who can if I don't?", "Why I should?".
At around 4 years old I met the PC. It was Love at first sight, mostly through the video game ("Purble Crying" & "Bugs Bunny: Lost in Time"). But this time was very short because this PC was rendered for dad work for around 2 weeks. After these 2 weeks, it was very pitty to separate with this notebook.
At 5 years old I was already able to read and understand a text. I think it was my first serious hobby (for one day I was able to read around 15 tales )
At 7 years old my grandmother presented me from Poland "Game Boy Advance SP". It was my first contact with the English and Mario franchise. I loved playing this literally everywhere.
(Pokemon I was already know because I was watching Jetix and in future QTV (Ukrainian anime TV station). So yes I am anime fun from around 7 years old. Be afraid of me).
At 9 years old my grandmother again presented me from Poland "PSP" I was playing it until 16 years old and I can tell you that I played all games that exist on "PSP". Since 9 I am a very big fan of Kojima & Capcom ("Metal Gear: Peace Walker", "Metal Gear: ac!d & ac!d 2", "Monster Hunter").
At 10 years old I was already learning "Pascal" because I got a dream of my life. Work in a company with Kojima and be cool like him and create such good video games like he (I learned his history from A-Z that I founded on the internet). But for that dream, I should do something more than only learn languages. Because the university diploma of Ukraine is not accepted abroad and the problem is that Kojima works in Japan. So as you know I have some connection with Poland (if you don't understand my grandmother works there but she is not Polish only working). So from now, I am learning Polish and preparing to finish school in Poland.
At 13 and 14 years old I was going to the Ukrainian Olympiad of IT and sending my work for different projects. In projects, I took first place in 2 of 3. At the first Olympiad, I took second place in city degree but second Olympiad I passed city degree and took 9 places in the regional olympiad (this Olympiad was calculated for 10 classes when I was in 8 and 9).
At 15 years old I passed exams and send my documents to a Polish school with a Ukrainian minority for better adoption (even if I know the language already on B1, I was scared). And they accepted me I passed the requirement and my 4 years of hard-working wasn't in vain. Next 3 years I was learning Polish school and preparing for the exam "Matura".
At 18 years old I passed the exams and was ready to go to university.
I was having to choose between PJATK (Polish-Japanese Academy
of Information Technology) or Warsaw University of Technology. As you remember I am an anime & Kojima & Japan fan and I think my choice is clear.
